For a new client, click on request appointment. Then, click on View Available Times button. This button will lead you to a calendar where you can select a time that works best for you. After you select a time, you will select the Continue without signing in button. Please fill out the client information prompts and click the Submit Request button. We will send you an email confirmation once it has been reviewed and scheduled.

Once you receive an email from TherapyProtal.com, the email will prompt you to select the link in the email and create your client portal. Fill out the information on the online Sign Up form. Once you submit the form, you will have access to your upcoming appointments.

Before attending your appointment, there are some intake forms that we would need you to complete. Please click the top right Menu button (the three lines) and select Documents. Please complete and submit all documents.
